Traffic, income, and what I think it will take for me to bring it up to my (picky, picky) standards.
Most that I see here are overpriced.
I am always looking to buy…. but don’t find enough offered for sale.
I would also look at content. Real content.
Pretty much like any other business that is generating revenue. You take a multiple of the revenue, maybe 2.5x your yearly run rate. Although, with the uncertain business climate, you might have to take somewhat of a discount. It also depends if you are selling your current players, or just the site with the intent of someone creating new affiliate links.
