InactiveJust got a reply from Pierrick, the affiliate manager.
The problem will be fixed during the course of next week so not too worry for all of you who also had problem.

Guestreally? I guess I’ll give them a try. I’ve been really weary of them because I’ve heard respected peers say they weren’t making them any money, but that was a long time ago.
Any suggestions on who I contact there?

InactiveIve heard quite a few rumors about this group and vegas slots in particular … dunno maybe its just an MGS thing, but I have never signed up.
Heck the 20% share is almost half of what Casino rewards gives affiliates with their base % plan.

Inactive100% of nothing is nothing is how I look at things … bottom line
is what its all about … I would be happy with 10% … yes 10%
if they never shaved at all or never cheated you on the whales
the return customers and cross marketing.

InactiveSad to ponder that an honest 10% would be much better than the 20-40% most give  very sad …

Course 99% of us are a dime a dozen – if we drop a program 11 more will join – its of no consequence to them to take that 30% and cut it down to 8% !!!
Sad but True!

Inactivethat’s my personal opinion arkyt … I would have to say that I
don’t think it would be too unreasonable to say that most of us
probably lost MORE money due to shaving, under reported
whales, cross marketing and disappearing “life time” customers
that we EVER made in total.
I would be interested to know if anybody would agree or
disagree with this observation … I always love to hear
opposing views.

InactiveI do agree with you.
GSN (Golden riviera, RiverNile …) made most of my “life time” players disapear after 3 months of not promoting their program.
Grrrrr…………………

GuestYou are so right Aleph!
I too would jump at the chance to get an HONEST, NO BULLSHIT OF ANY KIND, 10% deal.
I have said this more than once in the past; one way to help sidetrack the cheating is to stay in touch with your players as best as they will allow.
Right now I’ve a guy who says he’s paid $15k in rakes to GT poker and from what I figure, it isn’t possible for me to have been paid my share of that; and still have been paid for the other players I have sent them. I currently await the outcome of this matter from Brent, But my point is that I would have never been aware of this situation if not for my having a good relationship with my players.
I seldom have to ask them for exact details of their history of play, usually I can get a good idea of what has been going on simply by being there to read what they have to say.
As is how I came to find out about the $15k in rakes he’d paid.
While it is true that you cannot rely 100% on hearsay (what the player’s say); I think that it is a good place to start and as you get to know the player in question better, you will be able to better judge the accuracy of what they are telling you.
As in the case mentioned at GT, I believe the chances of what my player has told me – to be true; are about 95%. This judged by my previous correspondences with the player, when during any interaction with him, he has proven to be competent and factual.
To put it another way, if Brent were to reply to me that the player never paid anything close to that in rakes; I could not guess as to who was giving me incorrect information as I would categorize these two both as being competent people being as honest with me as they could possibly know.
But that said, I think once I wrote the player and told him the poker room had told me that he’d paid no where near that in rakes; that he will reply to me with his username and password so that I can enter his account history and see for myself.
His GF was forced to do the same in order for me to help with a problem at Sunrise Poker a year or so back, and since my integrity has now been proven with the strongest character witness possible (father time), that I think he will have no problem doing the same with his account.
At very least I feel he would send me copies of his history that he himself had retrieved.
I seriously doubt he would just let it go without effort to prove he was telling the truth.
This will be interesting since I’ve never had reason to doubt Prima on their stats reporting before now.
