US players able to play MySlot at Cinema

    Hello
    some USA members of my forum say they are able to play myslot at cinema casino
    while they are not allowed at any other of your brands or any other micro to play that slot,

    Is this a glitch at cinema casino?

    Hi Marina,

    Existing US players should be able to access all of the games, there’s no reason
    as to why they would denied access to the MySlot game. I have sent an enquiry
    of to MGS to find out if they are or intend to deny existing US players access
    to all the new games that are released.

    MicroGaming hasn’t advised us that existing players will be denied access to
    any of the new games.

    well the players checked then again
    and now the myslot is not available anymore for US players at cinema casino too.

    We affiliates and many players would sure like to know what is the reason for this.

    This is what I received from another aff manager

    Unfortunately as the “MY SLOT” is offered under the progressive option of the casino, the slot would not be available to players residing in the US.

    MicroGaming have supplied us with a wide range of Progressive Jackpots for a number of years now and I have to say we were disappointed with their decision to remove the progressives from the software.

    I just got this from Vegas Partner:

    We have confirmed with the management team that the game My Slots should be on the Games Lobby page for USA Players. What you will need to do is please write down the time that the game was not showing on the software and please add all details so that when we contact Microgaming we will be able to give them the information they will require and get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Micorgaming will give us further information regarding the My Slot game for US players.

    I was told by another affiliate manager that the My Slot game has been taken off temporarily because of an issue with Myspace that is being sorted out.

    That’s what I been telling everyone, and I hope they get this fixed soon!

    Hey Conrad thanks for stepping in and helping affiliates with this issue. You see how this works everyone Conrad took time out and posted and the casinos sent players emails that is called communication and in return I stepped up my exposure for his brands without him even asking me to do so. I bet my players are in there playing in his casinos waiting for that my slot to appear :)

    Andre with Villento brands has been hard at it too everyone, he is calling up MG on a daily basis yelling at them for us to get that slot out.

    Okay so here’s the skinny. :)

    We logged a call with MGS on Friday and this appears to have been resolved,
    initally it should have only be been locked out if it had been a progressive game.
    Somewhere someone got trigger happy with the restrictions on the game when
    they loaded it and locked out the US players.

    We haven’t recieved any more complaints about this but we will keep our ear on
    the ground just in case something else does happen. Please could you guys let me
    know if you hear anything, even if it is just a rumor, better safe than sorry.

    On a lighter note, I will be sending out mails to everyone today, a MySlot mailer
    pacckage that will include banners, reviews, press releases and graphics just for you,
    that you can use on mailers and your sites. :)

    So please feel free to go bananas with the content.

    That is very bizarre, because is listed as a non-progressive game.
