    Hi,

    Sorry i wasnt clear, im aware that there are more than 2 affiliates that get US players. My question is that if i started a site targeting US players and dont have a license, could there be any possible repercussions by US authorities? Im guessing not but just want to be on the safe side.

    ok lets go this way “there is only one or two affiliates that have a license from Nevada”

    I am sure New York, California, New Jersey would want a fee for each and every license in there state !. nevade can not licence people for NY !

    anything is possible but I would think the big boys 1st ?
