IMO, no.
Example:
Poker leagues offer a freeroll with $50 prize money. A U.S. citizen wins this $50. He in turns gambles this $50 on the same site and now is “gambling illegaly” for real money and you aided this. If he cashes the $50 out then you also aided this illegal gambling transaction.Any other opinions on the subject???
Well I know the FreePokerLeague tried a few rooms that were only free play, just like I have tried .. rooms that do not have the option of playing for real money … The way I see it this could be done completely legal in the US. Even if you offered cash prizes, their is no way for them to gamble on the site.
Is what you might be after?
One of those rooms like we were testing may work out, did you contact them? I would like to hear what they are saying.
