    IMO, no.
    Example:
    Poker leagues offer a freeroll with $50 prize money. A U.S. citizen wins this $50. He in turns gambles this $50 on the same site and now is “gambling illegaly” for real money and you aided this. If he cashes the $50 out then you also aided this illegal gambling transaction.

    Any other opinions on the subject???

    Well I know the FreePokerLeague tried a few rooms that were only free play, just like I have tried .. rooms that do not have the option of playing for real money … The way I see it this could be done completely legal in the US. Even if you offered cash prizes, their is no way for them to gamble on the site.
