I love the idea that people can come to my site, but i have to have their permission to show ads?

    Fuck that!

If you don’t like my ads, leave my site!

only civil servants in the process of gleefully wasting tax payer’s hard earned money could come up with complete and utter rubbish like that. So if I don’t like Nike and see a billboard in town can I just “opt out” by smashing it up? That would be the real world equivalent. I’m sure Nike wouldn’t appreciate it and neither do I as a webmaster.

Shesh, i’ll seriously like to see that in effect. How on earth are they gonna enforce it? Impossible.

We all thought UIGEA would be impossible to implement and they have managed quite well, you never now how well Big Brother and Uncle Sam work together

Lol, so there is. I hate that the links don’t show in a different color, you have to mouse over everything to find links.

    Thanks! :hattip:

They have been actively doing this since 2003. See virtually every legitimate US Media Outlets policy on accepting online gasming ads.

    Hi all,

In theory the advertising shouldn’t be able to know how to target you unless your privacy IS being invaded, so there’s that.

However IF you enter an establishment that has the name “Neked Cuntry Girls” on the front door then you aren’t entering that place expecting dance lessons from Micheal “is your kid free for a sleepover?” Jackson.

Therefore it is completely a natural expectation to be seeing ads for neked cuntry girls, in such an establishment … and as such the proprietor has every right to be showing these ads.

    I don’t see the problem?

All they need to do is push a bunch of lotto balls and horses through and all will be well.
