Dear Affiliates,
Please be advised we have addressed this issue with RTG.
RTG is currently changing the parameters in the registration field from 8 characters and increasing it to 20 characters.
I will advise you when the system is updated.
Sincerely,
Chris Ludwig

How can I transfer data/players from my old accounts? I can’t login to old accounts.I had the same problem but created an account and my old accounts haven’t transferred either which I’m assuming is the option at the bottom of the registration form but when I put my old affiliated login and password for each one of those casino’s I received an error. I sent an email a couple of days ago and haven’t had a response.

Dear Affiliates,
The good news is that the player migration to RTG is going very well.
Unfortunately, we are experiencing some technical difficulties with respect to the affiliate registration/login and displaying of stats.
Our technical teams are working hard to resolve these issues
Thank you for your patience. We will have it resolved as soon as possible

I’ll be glad when everyone get their act together.
