I’m not sure I understand your question in reply to your last post. You asked about creatives and this post doesn’t have anything to do with creatives… it has affiliate links.

Sorry I visited a forum today and clicked the link and went directly to the landing page for cc new promo. The one hour on the house, I was a little confused how someone could be already promoting this. greek39

From what I have read in this post I am under the assumption that this promotion is only for players that have deposited at a casino rewards casino in the past.
However,
This promotion is causing a lot of problems with the members of my website because that term is not listed on the terms & conditions page.I would strongly suggest you get that added (especially if you are going to continue to run this straight from the Captain Cook’s home page as well).
An even better suggestion – Drop that term. It only seems to be causing problems and giving the casino a bad image.
If this has changed and all new players are now able to use the promotion – please let us know.

Hi all
The term about depositing has now been updated in the T&Cs of Captain Cooks Casino. On the actual website it is number 18. The term has also been added in more detail within the software itself. The T&Cs pop up before the free play begins.
Just to clarify also, the promotion is only valid to new players of Captain Cooks Casino, who have never had an account at Captain Cooks Casino, who have deposited at another Casino Rewards casino previously.

This seems to suggest that everybody can do this, unless they already did the 1 Hour Free promo at Casino Classic and didn’t open an account. Do I have that right?
In English, this means that a player must have made a deposit at a partnering casino before they can participate in Captain Cooks free spins promotion.
So if the only casino rewards casino they have played in is the Casino Classic free spins, and they made a deposit, they are able to play Captain Cooks free spins. If they didn’t make a deposit in the Casino Classic, but have made a deposit in another of the casino rewards casinos, they are able to play Captain Cooks Free Spins.
The promo is valid for new players (to Captain Cooks) only.
I hope this clears some confusion. Basically, as long as the player has made a deposit at a casino other than captain cooks, and has never played or held an account at captain cooks previously, they are able to play the captain cooks free spins.
Please let me know if this is still unclear.
So this offer is for NEW players at Captain Cooks who have deposited at other CR properties? If so, the marketing banners should read “on the house money, etc.. for depositing players.” LOL

You are exactly right. The only time the player must deposit before they play the Captain Cooks free spins is if they played the Casino Classic free spins and did NOT deposit there.
