InactiveHi Ron,
I use them and do pretty good. They are timely with payments to, every Tuesday morning. The players seem to like it there. I’d give it a little more time and see if it grows for you.

InactiveMaybe so PDJOE, but if I deposited 50$ and the commission didn’t show up I’d
(1) check the codes
(2) talk to an affiliate manager about itThen make that decision. If there is nothing wrong with your tracking codes, I’d drop them real fast.
And the “master affilliate” crap they were talking to your friend about seems pretty underhanded to me, too.
I’d drop them.
…. my opinion only ….

InactiveWhat you wrote sounds like you should apply some extra scrutiny and talk to them about what is going on. In your situation you don´t want to give bogus programs a free ride. There are a couple of programs here that I would suggest are pretty much bullet proof:
Brightshare
Wagershare
Referback
Roxy AffiliatesThere are more but these give you a good diversification so you don´t have all your eggs in one basket. Furthermore you won´t have to worry about their integrity.

InactiveThanks Elgoog, appreciated
One question I had for United today, so obviouly i have not heard back is if you navagate from say my casino to the privacy page etc..
There is No download links there anyways, plus no home link listed so the visitor is lost, likely we lose players this way.
This should all be hosted within our server i feel with a “Home” link on every page.

InactiveI woudnt be suprised if they cheated on you, they have crossed that border with me many many MANY times.
for all of you out there – DO check the stats that you see with their monthly / weekly statements. youd truly be amazed how many times it happened to me that i have had to contact them back about wrong numbers. first they send you a periodical statement and if you dont give it a thorough check, you will most likely have a few players omitted – thats what happened to me at least 4 or 5 times. and it happened not only to me – one of my friends has had players number decreased month by month…
of course they apologize and swear it will never happen again, but this kind of errors does not encourage the affiliates, does it? that is not to say they perform badly – with me their product is an absolute ripper. its their notorious lack of proffessionalism that i dont like most. im sending them hundreds of player on a monthly basis and when i ask them to investigate one players apparent lack of bonus, what does the manager answer? tell your player to go to the support. as if i didnt know what support was and how it worked.
the bottom line is: their product is definitely a classy one, but the managment and their affiliate system is quite the opposite, an obsolete one. do pay attention to what they pay you and be very meticulous about their stats – for some reason theres a tendency there not always to be correct.

InactiveLed wrote:I carried them for awile but they player value were incredible low (around $4/player)that is one more thing that is apparently the case with me as well – having a few thousands of players and sending more daily you would at some point expect the RevShare to grow, correct? well, never happened to me – so either the players start to look for another casino/pokerroom soon after they have registered or…

InactiveAre you sure you are talking about Afiliated Web Atractions, United Partner Programs, CasinoLux etc??
i had like 200 payments from them, only once it was wrong, it was more as my stats showed, lol
and what “periodical statement” are you talking about? I never received such a thing?
enlighten me please

Inactivetrue, ther are no download links at the supportpages,
i didnt recognise that until now, but still there is this popup, if you leave a service page,August 24, 2006 at 2:20 pm #703347Anonymous
Inactivei definitely know what im talking about, yes- that is the company that manages Casino Lux, Everest Poker, etc
I get montly statements from them with the summarized number of players and the revenue, instead of the weekly one. and those rarely go along with what i see in my stats area. if you consider the fact that they pay me a hybrid deal according to what their statement says, not according to what the stats that i see, then we have a problem.
its a pain in the ass to have to go thru the stats and the statement for each week and add them up and then have to compare both, but ive learned my lesson from the past – do not take for granted this companys statements, ALWAYS double-check them. you see, this happened to me a few time already, and i really thought the problem was solved – and then last month a call from an affiliate friend of mine tells me to double check the statement (i have not been doing that for the past few months, assuming what i have been thru with them taught them the lesson and all would be ok from then on). and guess what? 16 players missing + about $3k that i see but that are NOT on a statement from them. had i not double checked they would have never told me – since i have talked to the manager about this afterwards and the person told me they knew of the problem already. it just never dawned on them the affected affiliates might actually have interest in that, so i believe they never even told the ones who didnt spot the error.
that certainly is not a standard in treating your affiliates, is it?
