InactiveThere is NO uninstall in the program.
This is also true of Gambling Wages and maybe some other programs that I haven’t looked into.

InactiveThanks Paul…but the trouble with doing this is that the program leaves fragments – dll files and, in fact, all its system files in Windows, that cause problems with your hard drive down the road.
There’s a way to do it in DOS that Amateur wrote about that cleans out everything. I just can’t remember where she posted.
I should have done what I usually do with downloads and throw them on a cd, install to the cd, then install to my hard drive. That way at least I’d know which files are involved.
I write all my sites and can’t work out how to do this. Can you imagine the frustration if you’re a player who just uses a pc without really getting involved with programs and you’re stuck with an RTG download. It would make me pretty hostile to RTG.

If you were on a DOS screen and typed that at the control prompt, it would reformat your hard drive (thus deleting everything)…. You probably don’t want to do that. sigh.gifFebruary 9, 2007 at 3:54 am #726642Anonymous

InactiveYep, I was only joking.. the format command will format the drive completly. It will remove the RTG program… along with all the other data on the drive.

Inactive1. Delete the casino directory (under Program Files by default). Then perform the following registry edits:
1.1 Go to command prompt and type “regedit”
1.2 Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software
1.3 Delete RealTime Gaming Software.2. Go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs. Selecting the casino should now remove it from the list.

InactiveThanks a lot, Kidd. I’ll give it a whirl.
Bloody RTGs – I’m always mad at them for one reason or another but they make me money so I put up with their crap.
justred – you’re right. I didn’t come online until 1997.
