In my previous life I used to target the UK Market and found it very lucrative. It is often harder to capture a Player, but their value was generally higher than US Players.
It is also a lot more competitive, with advertising freely allowed online and offline, which obviously has its advantages and disadvantages.
In my end, it is definitely worth it.

Inactiveglamorama … us-based gamblers want to gamble but the govt. is putting up roadblocks here there and everywhere to prevent deposits. they arent passing laws .. they’re just making hard for people to deposit. squeezing mainly the banks and credit cards companies. soon, most channels will be blocked. market to the usa solely and you’re not in it for the longhaul.

Anyone know about most recent update about “US gambling law”?

InactiveThe UK market is still growing and can be lucrative, but it’s very competitive.
I’d expect the best returns in the next few years from the other European countries like Germany where online gambling is really just starting to get going well and is enjoying a huge popularity spurt.

InactiveIt is welll worth the effort. One great thing at the moment is that because sterling is so strong that it can do a great boos to your earnings.
If you earn £40 that translates to $76 or €58
So the numbers do add up for the extra effort you put in

InactiveI think the UK market is definately worth the effort, mainly because of its players value which is very high (I quite agree with chockee and Paradise here).
