Casino Rewards does offer ‘Usemywallet’ in their banking area of the casinos.
I see usemybank but not usemywallet.

use virtual creditcard to deposit. US players may fund virtual visa or mastercard with their creditcard or westunion. then use virtual visa or mastercard to deposit to online casino. bank account is no way. no neteller, no ecocard. use virtual currency.
For Casino Rewards casinos/poker rooms:
Mastercards do not work anymore.
Visa cards are still fine…Quicktender
