    I have some questions about my affiliate account and emailed nedplay last week.
    The first email returned because the email adress on the website is somehow wrong.

    I still had the email adress from when I signed up, that one worked but I am still waiting for a reply over a week now.
    Also a player I reffered also has problems cashing out, is waiting a week for her money now.

    I don’t know what is up with all this, but it is not a good start I believe..

    Can someone from Nedplay please PM me so they can answer my questions?

    The email account that you

    double-checking the recipient’s email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.

    Yes, I tried it again and it didn’t work for me this time. I will keep trying to get a hold of them.

    acording to CM , Robin has left the building and Nedplay will be taken over by a reputable group,
    wich in the end will/could make thing better and ok

    Just to confirm that 32Red have aquired Nedplay Casino and will be working through any outstanding payments to affiliates.

    I have posted more details here, but in the meantime any affiliates with outstanding payments should contact us at support@nedaffiliates.com.

    Hi Mark,

    Can u setup a system in that email adress support@nedaffiliates.com wich sends a replay back to the senders, that their request has been recived with more details about when 32Red will pay … and how!

    Would be great!

    Not sure what you require here, our affiliate inbox is monitored by our team rather than an auto reply. Have you sent an email with no response?

    Out of all the requests sent to support@nedaffiliates.com in the past week, we have just 2 outstanding payments, as we are waiting for payment details.

    Can anyone with outstanding payments ensure they get in touch?
