    Hello,

    Did someone at Roxy change the length of the password field on the login page? I am unable to login and I think that might be due to someone shortening the length of the password field in the login area. I don’t think there is enough room for my current password and I think that is what is preventing me from logging in.

    Hi xgambler,

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties on the system, which are causing a temporary login problem for webmasters (so I don’t think it is specific to the length of your password but is happening across the board).

    Our tech department is looking into it and we should have the issue resolved shortly.

    Please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with in the meantime and I’ll be happy to help :)

    I notice that this problem was reported approx 10 days ago, however I am currently unable to log into my affiliate account.

    When I try to log in, I receive the message:

    “An error has occurred on the webpage. This error has been logged, and the webmaster has been notified.If this problem persists, please contact: mailto:Support@roxyaffiliates.com”

    Also, the link to your casino now takes my visitors to your affiliate program home page instead of the casino.

    My username is casinoguide.

    Hi LandofOz,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention yet again.

    We did resolve the issue previously and my tech guys are looking into why this is happening yet again. What I can tell you is that this is only affecting certain accounts so not everyone will encounter this problem.

    Okay…I’ve just been informed that everything should be back to normal now.
