InactiveYet again we see the blame passed to a nameless, faceless person that is not able to defend themselves. Do organisations have standard templates for this kind of stuff with a drop down for “insert web designer, lawyer, marketing assistant etc”?
Lawyers draft terms and conditions but at the end of the day it is the organisation/person that instructed the lawyers that must read over the final version. If it doesn’t make sense or convey what they wanted then how does it get posted to the website? In my opinion there is no excuse for this kind of thing.

InactiveI am happy that taking care of players is considered an asset by this group.
So far they have alway been one of the more honest and forthright programs.

Blaming people that can’t defend themselves is not a forthright action in my neck of the woods. This isn’t an issue about looking after players, it is an issue about acting with integrity.
That said, my comments were not limited to just Trident, as there are many other programs that tend to blame some-one else rather than just saying, “yeah we stuffed up and have now fixed it.”
