I would recheck the facts, having worked with several translation services before I can tell you that $0.15 / word is rather expensive, common rates are in the $0.1 / word and even lower in some cases.
I have had good translations done to many languages for $0.1 / word.

i am sorry but $0.1 a word must be a joke… no words really. no offense but the person translating high quality for $0.1 must be more than stupid…
