InactiveWere they reliable on payments? How was their customer support?

InactivePayments are sloooooow but they get to you in the end.
Customer support is shoddy to say the least.

InactiveFictionNet wrote:Payments are sloooooow but they get to you in the endThe way these guys do their payments is receive the payments from their merchants and then pass them on to affiliates. So Affiliates won’t get paid until the merchant pays. But they do pay to be fair (just late). Some other networks are asking their merchants to prepay (can’t recall who). So your payments are much faster.
FictionNet wrote:Customer support is shoddy to say the least..….. With the volume of merchants they have on their books, that is inevitable. Networks in my view are really about infrastructure and payment, not account management these days. They are a sound reliable company though, listed etc http://finance.google.com/finance?q=trade+doubler
As far as european networks go, they are fairly good, i would say the decision would be based on what brands you want to promote.

InactiveBeen using Tradedoubler for a few years now.

InactiveI promote a lot of non gambling related products too. I have to say Tradedoubler are about as good as it gets (IMHO). They have a great mix of programmes, their tracking is second to none, they pay on time and when you get over a certain size the account management is actually very good.
No problem with Tradedoubler here.

InactiveSo then what are their commission structure for gambling sites? I was under the assumption that it’s 25% of players’ losses but lately this seems a bit vague and I haven’t got a response from their affiliate support yet.

InactiveThey are simply brilliant. Payments take a while but always get there in the end, and they are trying to get the bigger companies to pay up front. Been using them for many happy years.
