InactiveSorry to say, that won’t be good enough, they will come back at you to remove any text with “moneygram”. I had the word moneygram in one of my descriptions and got the usual form letter to remove it. I believe they probably don’t want to be promoted with online gambling, most companies like to take the fees they receive from gamblers using their service, but after neteller’s US issues, most don’t want to be associated online with it.

InactiveAhh, upon reading the mail further.. it is the name/Logo not just the logo lol. Seems almost strange that the name could not be used.

arturs.vitolsMemberI took a few intellectual property classes back in school and its pretty ridiculous what people try and have protected.
Tiger Woods once sued a guy for painting a picture of a guy playing golf that looked somewhat like his form.
From what I remember though, there was an artist that used a whole bunch of brand trademarks like Starbucks etc and won the case because it was artistic expression.
Maybe you should create a piece of art that has their logo and pictures of money and then you could proudly display it in your artwork/payment processors page.

InactiveAvoid using the word ‘western+union’ within any marketing material as they get very upset about this.
