InactiveIt’s par for the course I’m afraid, they delay payments for months on end, don’t respond to support tickets, and finally when they do pay, which they always do, even 8 months later, they are quite creative in blame-shifting excuses.

InactiveIf you want an actual response from them you can get their attention by posting a damning complaint on this affiliate network forum:
http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/tradedoubler/
They have several members of staff lurking there.

BetsoftGamingMemberThe above is very true.
However, TD have a core of affiliates that they deal with all the others below a certain level have to go through a very painful wait for an answer process.
I had this a few years back when I pimped out some hosting on affiliate links and out of about 8 I sent out only 3 were paid. So either their tracking is suspect or their resolutions department is utter gash. Harsh words but its the same treatment I got. I though I was the only one.
They are big for the affs on A4U so you should see a response.
On the flip side, you need to find out what the payment issues were with you bank. It may be a simple case of some simple info being missed out.

InactiveThanks for the info. Funny thing is they WERE able to pay me once with the same banking instructions. But now they say it’s declined.
