There is a button when you log in that says “Cash Out”. They don’t send funds automatically, you have to withdraw them.
I do not have a button but an icon that says cash-out. Do they have already paid for May?
I got paid on the 5th. It was coming from “Empire Entertainment LTD”.

Major problems with Tradal…. large amounts of money owed to me which they refuse to accept, I’ve even proved it to them via stats in my control panel…. no replies to emails from numerous representatives.

They usually have answered my emails in hours or at least one day, In the last 3 days I’ve sent them some emails with no answer.

That’s not the first time I hear this.
Happened to me too a couple years ago until someone intervened for me.
Tradal is also not continuing to pay for players they sold out from under affiliates.
The are not CAP certified for a reason.

I have received the payments but they are april 2006, I made the cash out and now Im fighting them to receive May’s
Sent another one to hili and have sent a few to hili and orni in the past, still no response.
What an absolute joke. Unless this gets sorted out pronto, goodbye Tradal from my sites and I’ll be sure to tell everyone else I know to drop Tradal rooms like Noble Poker.
More emails still nothing, what an absolute joke. I went out of my way to promote their build a bankroll competition too and this is how I get rewarded. Tradal are a disgrace.
