InactiveI created a simple excel spreadsheet that calculates earnings, Expenses, estimated taxes.
Each month I enter in the total earnings it does the rest, projects an average for the year by month, compaires to the previous years month.
Then in excel you can graph it all out, a nice steady line heading up is always a good sigh in my book. I have not gone down to the level of entering each property but that can be easily done as well.
Record keeping and trends are great motivators.

I made a similar one to track monthly commissions by software up to 10 affiliate programs for each platform. ie.. 10 RTG’s, 10 Rivals, 10 MG’s etc.. with the ability to add more.

Inactiveif I had to go for one metric to capture success it would have to be player life time value. Whichever program manages to consistently get the highest out of my players will receive my traffic.

InactiveI keep a spreadsheet of commissions, inside various aff programs i try to track as much as i can with as much granualarity as possible.
I measure success by monthly commissions and the trend (growth/drop) in sign-ups/depositors.
I’ve found that there were people above and below me in earnings in the industry when i made $300 a month and when i made, a lot more. So it’s better to measure against your own plans, needs or dreams than against other webmasters.

Each webmaster has to be consider as an individual case and same way an AM should cover these specific needs and help the affiliate reach his targets.

InactiveI look up, I know many make way more than I do so I know its possible.. Always take motivation from things you see, never a negative outlook or you find you are never going to get where you want.. Everything you do in this should be setup to motivate yourself to do more until its no longer required and you could care less..
