Really – you’ve been offered $1200 – and that’s not enough but you’ll take ANY offer that’s higher ???
Why not just say that you’ve been waiting (unsuccessfully) for action and your BUY IT NOW price is $1201 ?

i turned the offer down b/c i thought it was worth more, and now the guy doesnt have the $, so yes i would except the next offer weather it be $1201 or $1200, or may be even a tad lower, i was simply stating i had an offer of $1200, i didnt really think i had to explain myself but i guess i have to!
Man, if I were you I would take ANY offer. Whoever offered you $1200 – chase him down, and get him to buy the site, even if it’s less.
I am sorry to be the one cooling your jets, but you have nothing to offer – you have no PR, no ranking, no type-in chance, and you can buy a great website template nowadays for $40, $6 domain (sulfurpoker), and $10 for hosting.
So any offer over $56 – take it.
It’s painfully obvious you have no clue what goes into building a website, the content that has to be written, the images that have to be made, meta tags, etc… look into what it would cost you to have a site built. You also have no clue about pr, it means absolutely nothing, ive had pr3 and 4 sites before that got 30 hits a month, you are also clueless about the importance of choosing a domain , my gues is you have a domain with about 100 characters in it that has nothing to do with the theme of your site, so before you go critizing my work or how i make money do some research. I dont do what i do for people like you who THINK they know everythin, i do what i do for people who want to pay for a complete website, not just a template.

Oh and by the way your site looks like shit, if thats even yours… you may need someone to come in and let you know about color schemes.
No way anyone gave you a legit $1200 offer, $120-$150 is about the fair value IMO.
lol, another person who thinks someones time and work spent on something is worth nothing, ive been building websites and selling them for about a year now, i have built websites for some pretty large poker affiliates, and they pay people like me to do it, because they dont have the time to do it, and my prices were lower than anything they found.
It also baffles my mind how some people are so ignorant to come into forums and belittle someone else, i mean you literly took time out of your day to offend me and my work, what does that say about your lives, i could careless what you think my work is worth.
All I wanted to do is help you out, so you dont get your hopes high.
You had your chance with $1200 – and you blew it – offer like that, for such a “quality” website like yours, comes once in a lifetime.
As far as the rest of your rant – well, I am not even gonna go there :nono:
