I have seen this 4 times and still it is hilarious.
I have to laugh so hard I forget how sad it is that people like that, who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about, make the laws governing the internet.

There’s one really bad video at the bottom of the page about Net Nuetrality, but its still funny for some reason.
I can see this doofus wanting to add toll ways and toll bridges on the internet.
