This month i’ve had purchases of $30,000+ from Starluck Casino but i’m still in the 30% tier. According to the payout table I should be up to 40%. The only reason I can think of is that I haven’t referred any new players this month.
Is this the reason or is there something else?

Please refer to the affiliate agreement of Starluck.com – http://starluck.com/slcasino/english/affiliateagreement.html. You will be paid for your marketing efforts based upon the agreed percentage of Net Revenues (Not Purchase) generated on your Tracker(s) per calendar month.

Revenue Share Plan: 30%
