WOW how sad for that guy!

I’m squeemish and can’t ready bloody stuff after seeing my brother almost bleed to death in front of me five years ago, but I did manage to read a little of it.

I love to watch Columbo! I wish they would do a new series.

I have the unenviable honour of having never watched an episode of Colombo.

The same can’t be said for Quincy, Bergerac and my personal favourite, Murder She Wrote.

ROTFLMAOOOO None of that will ever happen unfortunately. hehe That’s what makes him Columbo! :hattip:

Never had the pleasure of enjoying those shows like I did Columbo.

Remember Ironside, Perry Mason and Mannix? Those were the good ole days. You guys are probably to young to actually see the shows from back in the day. :hattip:

    the car.

man that was one ugly little … well it looked like something that might come out of the south end of a north bound dump truck.

Oh. …. just one more thing and I’ll leave you alone, … I know you’re busy. Something that’s been bothering me a little bit. Probably nothing but …. :)

I didn’t see, or remember, were the cigars mentioned?

    Mannix.

… should I mention that theme song is what’s going on in my head when I”m making love?

    hmm.

I am not certain but i think he and the assistant were the first interracial couple on tv … only back then even married folks like Rob and Laura (Van Dike show) … had separate beds.

So not much chance of anything going on in front of the camera with Joe and … I can’t remember her name. (edited to add: was it Peggy?)

(actually sad I remember that much. I can’t remember anything from the school classes I had at that age except having to go to the principals office because (surprisingly) my desk was right next to the teacher’s desk and all these girls would come up to hand in papers … and there was one day where I just couldn’t resist using my ruler to lift up a dress to see what was under there … and that paddling that came after.

    that and Mannix … I remember :)

Talking of Mr Van Dyke (I’m sure somebody was) What about “Diagnosis Murder”

    I think it’s rubbish

WOW that is a bummer! :(

A court document filed by Peter Falk’s daughter says the Emmy-winning actor, best known as TV detective Columbo, has Alzheimer’s disease.

Catherine Falk is seeking approval to act as a conservator – or legal guardian – so that she can manage the affairs of her father, 81.

She claims he is no longer able to recognise people.

I just remembered that his trade mark was coming back into the room asking a question like he FORGOT to ask it before, but didnt’ and was only harrassing the person. LOL

I was shooting for that. apparently didn’t do a very good job. But in my defense I didn’t have the cigar to point with and one eye looking the other direction to add personality to the mix.
