Inactive:Ohno: What a shock; and excuse my loss of memory but who exactly do they represent? Programs with life long residual contracts? This is a crock of BS! The first program to step up and screw affiliates. :Pisser:

InactiveDear Karim,
My name is Luciana Lopez Mazaira, I´m the Affiliate Director of ExclusiveGambling.
Regarding your post, I´d to clarify that, as you can read in our news, the decision about US affiliates is JUST for NEW affiliates, and it is a transitory measure we must take while our lawyers keep on working to try to find a solution to this issue.
Unfortunately, it is the US government who had broke down the liberty of working on gambling, not ExclusiveGambling, and we are working hard to make this decision to affect the less our affiliates.I hope you can understand the situation and contact us with any doubt you might have.
Regards,
Luciana Lopez Mazaira

Inactivedamiandunlap,
Regarding your answer, ExclusiveGambling will NOT cut any money off; all the traffic generated from any other market but no the American one, will be paid as usual. We must take this decision as a prevent one, respecting the existing laws, up to know what is going to happen with all this. Probably, we will allow North American wm again, but we want to be 100 % sure about that, and with all the guaranties to provide the wm with the best option in affiliates programs. About this, surely, we will block the USA IPs for traffic, avoiding this way, problems for all, and basically our affiliates.
This is a situation that really worries us, and we are doing our best to keep on offering a great option in gambling online.Luciana Lopez Mazaira

InactiveDominique,
ExclusiveGambling always looks forward to bringing our affiliates a clear and safe program, taking all the precautionary measures that we can in order to protect the work and efforts of our affiliates from any legal issues that can damage them. ExclusiveGambling is a serious business and sometimes, like in this case, it is necessary to take decisions – at least for a while – that keep all of us working under the rules.Luciana Lopez Mazaira

InactiveThis is BS what if I decide to find out if you are accepting U.S players? This is not difficult to do.
I don’t promote your program anyway, but this Law if signed has 270 days to take affect. Why jump the gun? If I had the time I would look into it, but thank goodness I don’t. But perhaps somebody else does.
In anycase you give me something to follow up on in the the future.
