Hi Lee,

Um, my stats can not be correct still. its says

97 visits
153 downloads
3 registrations

why would 153 people download the casino and not register or play?…if there was a free chip involved i could understand why they would register but not deposit, but because there is no “free chip” , why would they download?? and then do nothing??

could you please check mine for me? thank you very much

Have you checked your stats by date?

Remember Leee pointed out that the error would not be corrected in the early dates of the month – as it had corrupted the actual report totals.

So if you view the stats in detail you can see correct numbers after about the 7th (at least I can in my stats) …

Hi Pat,

Thanks for the post, Gooner is correct that I was unable to back-track the visitor and download stats from the 1st – 7th as the nature of the bug meant I would literally have to go through all of the data, line by line… enough to send anyone poco loco! :crazy:

If you check by date in the affiliate programme you should see that from the 8th onwards all is OK – to get an idea of what it should have been, extrapolate it back to get your correct convertions.

I am very sorry this has occured – so far the programme has been pretty robust. Thankfully though when it comes to the business end of things, ie Registrations and Real Players, the figures for these are and have been 100% correct.

Again, apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you all.
