I’ve had no problem with Neteller, nor any Canadian bank.
I don’t see any information on that link, other than an email address and a link to a rather spammy looking gambling site…
Is this legitimate or what?
There is a post about it on WOL, just one post and says exactly what I said.
A Canadian bank cannot legally refuse a Neteller transfer.
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if there is collusion between the US and Canadian governments on this.
