From the looks of it, it seems there are quite a few terms that are negotiable, which I’m not following that line of thinking by the way. :huh2: Seems it should be written in stone or not.
They do have negative carryover, followed by this statement. This term IS negotiable.What are your thoughts on this program?
unless it is completely removed that’s a deal breaker for me.
AGD worked with ILC on their terms to ensure they are affiliate-friendly. We have not done a final review on the terms, though.
Negative Carryover is not a favorable term, but isn’t predatory.
I will contact them this week to determine if they are open to removing negative carrryover, but I believe it will stick.

Regarding our Terms, yes there are certain points which are negotiable. Negative carry-over is one of these terms.
If you wish to have this term removed from your account – please contact us and we will remove it.
It has not been added as a ‘predatory’ term at all, quite the opposite.
The reasoning behind this term is the additional ‘breathing room’ it allows us with promotions and other is that we are able to provide higher bonuses and additional player promotions.

BB28, No, we are not taking US players at this time.
I’d like to mention that we allow players to Play in Euros, Pounds or USD, and that all bonuses are available in these currencies. Rather than adjusting/scaling bonuses, the values will be the same for all currencies.
We feel this will have a very positive impact on both the initial conversions and ongoing player value.
We have translation into 4 new languages for the software and websites underway, and will be releasing these once the QA has been completed.
