InactiveAccording to cpays “terms and conditions” it would appear cpays has two choices.
1. “close your account”
2. “transfer your earnings to the original content creator”I think both should be applicable. Close the content thieves account and reimburse Peralis. I strongly believe cpays should not profit from affiliates who steal content.
3.5 Responsibility for Your Site
You will be solely responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal, and that all the content of your site is original or otherwise has the permission to be published by the original creator. We disclaim all liability for these matters.
Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance, and contents of your site.
We do not support nor give hand to any kind of content stealing or copying (i.e. site scraping), and we reserve the right either to close your account if you will be proven to use such methods ? or to transfer your earnings to the original content creator.greek39

Inactivestill no action takin? does the IT department at cpays need help? Long delays can only serve to damage the honest one. I am sure peralis, myself and other cap members would like to see a speedy resolution blantant content theft.

InactiveHi Eilon,
have you got any further news?
This is starting to seem like people do not really care. It is taking too long to “try and track him down”. Surely it would not take that long to track him down if you were to make him a payment?
I know that at times it may seem like the site is down, but refresh it and it does appear.
I do not want to have to rewrite my entire site AGAIN because of this type of bulls**t!
We have been loyal affiliates for a long time now and really expected swifter action.

InactiveHi peralis,
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I have made several attempts contacting this affiliate with no reply. His account was already frozen after the first unsuccessful attempt. I would have transfered his earnings to you but he has none.
I will do my best to contact this webmaster and have the content removed,
Thanks,
Eilon
