WOW thats a lot of text to read on the home page. I stopped after the first paragraph and it seemed to go on forever from there. SPREAD SOME OF IT OUT!

I personally feel your home page should be a “fairly” brief introduction to your site/subject matter. Don’t get me wrong, you want to have some good quality text in your index page so engines will reference it accordingly, but you also want your visitors to read it all. If you don’t want to remove/move some of the text, maybe split it up or divide it up using eading tags.

This will make readablity a beat easier for us and by separating and organizing using eading tags, it will look nice to the search engines as well.

Those ratings you have near the bottom are nicely organized as well, I like those. Very clear and concise, however are those ratings for the current week, month or are they continuously updated.

That cluster bum of links you have at the bottom of your pages confused me. I almost didn’t click on them because they looked like some link partner links. I had no idea (until I clicked on them) that they led to another part of your site. You want navigation to be easy. Put it near the top or clearly define it somehow. There are a ton of links there, so you may want to add those links and consider using a CSS Designed form of dropdown navigation at the top of you pages. http://www.alistapart.com/articles/dropdowns/
It will keep everything nice and organized for you and still be readable to the searchengines because it won’t all be done in javascript (it’s done almost all with lists and a tiny little snippet of javascript) Hey, alot of content on your site, just hard to navigate.

I was just telling dh that it is amazing that I myself read a book nearly every week, but rarely read anything longer than a paragraph online. So in that respect, I am in agreement with the above…

Besides! You have original text there! Make use of it! I’d suggest breaking it down, adding more pages.. or more places for links ;)

Love the ratings! But I must say if I was trying to make sure I saw all of your page, I wouldn’t have seen them.. It took me a few months to find these forums all the way down here! I am deffinately one of the laziest internet users LOL…

In another thread about the way a persons eyes travel on the screen.. it states that the first place a person looks on a site is the upper left hand corner.. Don’t ask me why, because I didn’t read all of that either :P but .. I can tell ya, oddly enough, I’ve been paying attention since, and for me thats true. So that might be a good spot for some of your featured offers :)

I noticed that you have aLOT of links down at the bottom of the page, a quick find menu bar on either side of the page, with some of those links in it might get more ppl clicking, or acrossed the top, wherever.. Or maybe if you do get some of that text spread to other pages.. the bottom wont be so far away, and ppl will get down there.

Lastly, grammar.. I know its silly, but on an info page such as yours, I have no faith in what you say, if you can’t say it correctly. No offence, I am the queen of typo’s and one of the laziest typists out there.. but you have alot of good stuff there, just need to get someone to proofread it :)

    Hello,

I think that thebingolady.com is an excellent URL choice for a bingo portal.

I’m on my way out the door, but the first thing I noticed was the use of the word “assorted.” I think you should use the word “sorted” instead.

I’ll take a more in depth look at it later.

    Best of luck,
    BingoAdvantage
