My philosophy regarding links has always been that I want to provide only links I consider useful for my visitors.
I never link in order to receive traffic from someone else.
And I never paid any attention to page rank, all I care about is SERPS.
I know, most do not agree with my philosophy, but it has done well for me.
I always try to build links for internal pages also. building links for home page only do not make much benefits. you also need to promote internal pages.
Secondly, for SEO, one should make links on different anchor texts.
Dont ever sign up for any of these link exchange websites.Try to trade links or purchase links from other CAP member.You can probably get 100 links just on this forum , many of us have websites on various stages of developement that we trade with eachother.
I agree with Dominique ,only put quality links on your website.Write articles and start a Blog , get natural links .If you dont have time to do it yourself there are places you can pay to get your website submitted to directories.If you pay for 1000 directories , expect to see only 20% new links .Alot of these things are also junk .
Links from “Reciprocal Links Pages” are dead deal.
All these pages are falling in the supplementary index with very few chances to leave this status.Reciprocal or one way links from index or content pages are fine.

do you know blog where can I write and to obtain some links ?

blogspot.com is free and the one i use ,took only three weeks to get picked up by google for couple key words too.
Do you get links to your blog, or do you simply use it to post articles with links to your various websites?
I have both , I have 18 websites online now so I have my blogfeed on all of them.I have two blogs going ,One is more social and the other is strictly Business stuff.
Excuse by ignorance but what is blog feed? All the names i would consider for a blog seem to be taken to might give wordpress a go where some names are available.
blogspot and bloglines allow you to set it up to publish your blog on your websites.I am not sure if you have to set up an rss feed to get it to work.I have one of those too but paid somebody to do that stuff.I cant get much beyond loading my blog and typing lol
John I just checked and i do have one of them rss feed thingys of my own , but blogspot will let you publish direct to an existing domain but i think it is just the main page you can do that on.
i have heard that blogspot will delete blogs without notice.
Not a reliable place to host blog ?I am also agree with casinobonusguy about getting links from different sources.

i think most free blog services may not allow gambling related stuff
