Yes I agree, the prize is the rank in itself Well done allfree aswell.Lets hope we all improve again next month

In my experience, PR rankings were easier to get than traffic.

site was typical. Get an idea, create a site, add content and then promote. Promotion included gradually adding it as a sitewide link in my other blogs. I did this by adding a static link in the blog post theme in the comment file.The site went to PR2 this way. Not great, but Ok if I wanted to sell a link (which I do not bother with – way too much bother for the $).
As an incidental (feeder) site, this blog kind of just ‘sat there’. Along came this little game, so I threw it into the mix. But google also came along and ‘mixed things up’ with these recent updates. Boom – PR down to 1.
To try and recover, when the opportunity presented itself, I removed and/or adjusted the sitewide links. The Alexa rank went from 24 million to 8 million (whoopee <- sarcastic) Adding the site link here also proably helped (hey, when it's bad - anything helps). But still minimal traffic (even with 1,100 google indexed pages and a pr1 – which don’t mean a lot). Onward!!

I belive you done quite well, lets keep in mind in the end no one really knows googles algarithms.
I am of the belief that alexa counts, it has to be in there system , no one knows the actual true google system. I believe Alexa must be in there.
I think you contine and stay with your alexa rank improvments – if you stop and your alexa rank goes back up may effect you – google is probally computing it waiting stick with alexa hold it .
I think your pr will go back up and with your alexa ranking hold both, i stay stick with the high alexa ranking bud. Don’t let your alexa ranking drop continue on with it not a fluke i recon if i’m right your pr may go up again.
I say continue on with your alexa rank increase hopefully your pr goes back or even further ahead.
I think you have done a great job, don’t forget u still have a pr aswell as a great alexa and closing in.
IMO people knock alexa rankings but if it didn’t mean anything then it would effect seo of the highest traffic sites.
I sumwat dissagree I think alexa has a big part, maybe even googles biggest secret in determination.
Thats just my thoughts, in terms of logic, IMO i think google counts alexa rank.

Hey all free took a look at it site compare type tool then?
We can use it if you want, keep alexa aswell though.I put my domain in and alexa.com in and pressed compare shows a graph.
are you saying we post this graph pic and compare each site against eachother?
