I made a withdrawal request about 3 weeks ago with addfunds, i believe the site says 4-5 business days (i’d have to look to be sure, but it was a week or less) still nothing. I emailed support and asked them to just reverse the withdrawal back into my player account.. no responce thus far.. I did a check request last month, that worked out alright, took a few weeks, but it did arrive, a pain to cash though, as it’s a Germany check.

I believe the add funds processor bailed.

They never came out and said it but I was in the same boat and waited 2 weeks for Addfunds. I called after a week and they said there was an error and were trying to process again.
After second week they said there were still problems and can Western Union me the money (which they did within 48 hours).
I asked if Addfunds would be an option in the future and the question was skirted and completely ignored. I asked again and was told that there was bugs to be worked out still and they changed subject quickly again.
I am assuming Addfunds is dead.
