where is the full list?
Its basicaly alexa rankings, there is a section that lists them by topics.
thats the reason CAP is above these below,

Alexa rankings are grossly inaccurate. Ask anyone on sitepoint and they will tell you.
Alexa uses its toolbar to calculate the popularity of a site. So if you get two or three friends to download it and visit your site your ranking will shoot through the roof.
