Short term solution: We will ask our developer to change the auto-start function on the video so that it does not start automatically. I think this could be the main reason.
Once this has been done, I’ll let you know and we can see if it still happens.I hope this helps.

Ok – I got some feedback :hattip:
The problem happens when you are using slow line (I get the same thing when I go to the website from home for example). Unfortunately, because it’s flash, we cannot auto-stop the video.
What we are going to do though, is put a placeholder on the site so that it says “Click here to play the video”, so that it won’t happen in future.
May take some time, so please accept our apologies. All very technical for me to take it all in at once – but we are busy sorting it out.
