Good post Dominque. Is there a way of making this sticky so at least we have a reference. So far there are so many threads on this issue it is hard to deceifer anything useful.

    One thread would be nice.

Playtech, with the exception of Casino Blasters, ceases to serve US players.

    Hi Dom..

Unless they changed (or change) it today, SkyKings Casino also accepts US players..

    Thanks, chippez!

Also Brightshare does not seem to be blocking any states as of yet.

    Dominique,

Brightshare is restricting the same states. Just got the letters.

Wager Junction, as of Monday, Oct. 16th, will also be blocking the same states.

Roxy Palace restricting the same states as well.

Enforcement Act 2006 in the US, it is with regret that we inform you that 32Red

opportunities to our customers who reside in the US and it’s

Ok, this is what I see happening.

Those are opinions not facts. Most of what you have posted is clearly speculation and some if it is even false. Fact is that at least some RTG’s are shutting out certain states.

In regards to microgaming casinos restricting access to certain states, apparently this is a decision at the MGS level and not in the hands of the affiliate programs or the casinos themselves.

Dom can’t see you man, she’s got the anti-axl goggles on, try throwing a brick at her

Dom, in accordance with axl’s wishes, will you please change the name of this thread from “the facts” to “the probabilities”

There is nothing in Dom’s posts that looks like speculation to me. Please be specific.

Well I touched on it a bit above, but I will go into further detail since you asked. :)

Her post started out saying “Publicly held companies cease to serve US players alltogether.” “all together” :: this isn’t true; Neteller which is on the LSE and possible the most important company will still serve US players.

She stated “Playtech, with the exception of Casino Blasters, ceases to serve US players.” :: “Playtech, with the exception” thats not true either as I have been told that several others DO still accept USA players including but not necessarily limited to Grand Riviera, Merlins Magic, I think they are with All Star; though you will not be able to use firepay.

Her post also states “RTG and 400 Group and more (lets do a list here) continue to serve all US states.” :: “serve all US states” this doesnt appear to be factual either as Wager Junction an RTG program has stated: “As of Monday the 16th of October our group will be forced to block all play and registration from the following States : Illinois ,Indiana , Louisiana , Michigan , Nevada ,Oregon , South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin.”

If your going to state facts its very important to have them straight.

I am in one of the restricted states and cannot even view the sites. I was able to yesterday but not as of today.

    Axl,

Why don’t you lay off dominique! She didn’t create this problem and is only reporting facts as they come to her. Unfortunately, the facts seem to change within seconds with some propertys. She only reports the facts she does have at the time!

We are all in the same boat here. Why not try to work together instead of trying to find faults with others. No one here created this problem! The US government created this problem!! Take it out on them!

I am not here to argue. I am far from happy as I cannot even get on sites that I advertise. My point is we NEED to stick together or it will definately be a sinking ship!

Let’s show them what we got!
