I use PHPFreeAds which is an amazing and somewhat complex (though easy to use) program for all your banner, links, text and whatever else you use web application for your site. You can break it down by campaigns, advertisers, zones, and even interlink links and banners to other campaigns.
You can specify the days you want what banners or links to show, or even how many times to show it as well as specifications all the way down to how many times to show a banner to a person(s).
Then there’s a very nice statistics section that allows you to view upload or print your stats…it will even email you the stats automatically!

PHPFreeAds rocks! I am using it for my online shopping guide and now for my gambling portals.
The Fast Click script counts clicks and as Dean stated it does a pretty damn good job! Its very very simple – Ive hacked the script to include a few extra administrative features, but Im sure the base version will suite you fine.
You can track anything that can be hyperlinked and best of all you can filter robots, thus the script provides very accurate stats.
