Dcbonus, if you’re referring to US Blackjack, that is incorrect. Minimum payment threshold is $50 (pretty standard) and the terms and conditions can be found direct from the registration form.
As for conversions, I’ve seen these vary from affiliate to affiliate – really depends on the source of the traffic. You won’t have a problem with US Blackjack in this regard – I’ll happily work very closely with you to bring these up to a level you deem to be excellent.
I also noticed that Thebes Affiliate area is down (affiliates.thebescasino.com). I have there some players with unpaid commission, not too much, but still…
