Hi All,
Thanks to the keen eye of Antoinette at Vegas Partner, we were just informed that our banking details were changed in our affiliate account there. And not by us!
They changed our banking details to their NETeller account with their e-mail address and even followed-up with an e-mail to Antoinette to ask when the payment would be sent to their NETeller account.
We have also contacted NETeller to inform them of this persons activities along with the NETeller e-mail address they used. They are investigating this.
Thank You,

July 6, 2007 at 3:22 pm #741821antoineMemberHi,
NETeller just got back to us and confirmed the account was fraudulent. They permanently closed this account along with any accounts related to this one.

July 9, 2007 at 2:35 pm #742015antoineMemberHi All,
We were just chatting with an Affiliate Manager that viewed this post. They made a great suggestion – to post the NETeller e-mail addresses our details were changed to so that other Affiliate Managers could see them and check their databases for this person. The e-mail addresses they used were denesi.browns@hotmail.com and nguyen.thang78@yahoo.com.
When we contacted NETeller to let them know, they told us the second e-mail was part of the an associated e-mail and both accounts were closed.

All my passwords are now completely random and not guessable which is a bit of a pain because i have to check my encrypted password file before logging into sites but its the only way to prevent this along with decent anti-virus and firewall.
July 9, 2007 at 9:30 pm #742055AnonymousInactiveThanks CCJ for sharing this with everyone.
I have just now sent an alert around to CPS staff to advise of this and we will scan all affiliate accounts to ensure that these addresses are not in the banking details section.
I think that we all should give each other a head’s up if things like this are occuring so that we are able to better protect everyone’s accounts and commissions.
We haven’t had anything like this come through, however we will make a point of letting people know if this occurs.
Cheers and thanks again
Trish
CPSJuly 9, 2007 at 10:24 pm #742056AnonymousInactiveVegasPartner seems to be a lot more cooperative than CasinoBlasters.
I’m still waiting to get my hacked account back at CB.

http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/account-hacked.20856.htmlsend Jeff an email (jeff [at] casinoblasters.com). He always sorted this annoying “locked account” problem out for me.
July 9, 2007 at 11:29 pm #742064AnonymousInactiveHi all
In light of these security issues and to keep tabs on things moving forward, Yaniv and I will be implementing an alert system where we receive an email daily of affs who have changed their banking details in that 24 hour period so we can go over them.
We will go through these daily to make sure we’re aware of what’s happening. If there are any more suggestions from affiliates or aff managers, please let us know. We will be recommending the same thing to other aff programs so we can all work together to nail these f*****s
Cheers
July 9, 2007 at 11:52 pm #742065AnonymousInactiveHi Renee,
We must be communicating telepathically as we are also implementing an alert system into CPS.
The system will send us an email everytime affiliate details are updated so that we are able to review it and we are also implementing an auto-email alert to the registered email address informing that the details have been changed and to please advise should this change not be authorised by the account holder.
Cheers
Trish
