Same thing happened with Grand Prive – first with Big Dollar Casino, then Villa Fortuna… I sincerely hope Playshare aren’t going down the same road, because we all know how that turned out!

I have mentioned it before, but the Microgaming brand is no longer the seal of approval is once was. Unfortunately for both affiliates and affiliate programs/casinos!

Sadly (but not simply because of this issue which may or may not be an issue until we hear from Casinoshare) I fear you are right :(

So many issues in a single forum thread… you guys really know how to make an Affiliate Manager sing for his supper :)

Whilst it is true that Quatro Casino has been live for some time, albeit whilst undergoing a series of testing phases, we have absolutely not intentionally withheld it from all, or even some, affiliates for marketing. The official launch date of Quatro Casino to PlayShare Partners affiliates is Monday, March 2, and all registered affiliates will receive communication in this regard. From my communication with a few affiliates this weekend, it has come to my attention that there are a number of people advertising Quatro Casino prior to this launch and without our express permission. I am in the process of speaking to these parties, and will try to rectify the situation as best I can.

KasinoKing’s post about the casino’s promotional terms and conditions have also been noted, and I can confirm that casino management is aware of the thread at the “very well known portal” you mentioned. I cannot comment any more on this issue, other than to say that all comments and complaints are investigated and considered very seriously by casino management.

Regarding Inspiration and Bonus Paradise’s concerns over the Quatro Casino CDs, I can confirm that existing Grand Mondial and/or CasinoShare databases were not used for this. Having been in this business for close on 10 years, I know that the cardinal rule for any affiliate program, besides “pay your affiliates”, is “always give credit where credit is due”. The recipient lists for the CD campaign were not acquired internally, and clearly this is a case of the same person being on more than one list. This, as we all know, is entirely within the realms of possibility. Bonus Paradise, if you would like more information on this, please feel free to e-mail me and I will give you as much information as you need to ease this concern.

This covers the specific points outlined in this thread, but there are some other issues, statements and assumptions present that I feel it necessary to comment on.

Firstly, I am not quite sure why we’re being compared to Grand Prive. From what I understand about the goings on late last year, the similarities are not even close to warrant a direct comparison. If I am missing something here, please let me know, but allegations that we are “shaving” players and/or cross-selling them without affiliate tags are completely unfounded. Should anyone have any specific issues of this nature, I would like to invite you to contact me before posting on the forums, so that you can get as clear a picture as possible before, figuratively speaking, throwing a lit match into a pool of gasoline.

Secondly, I admit that communication regarding this launch has been far from ideal, and I apologize on behalf of PlayShare Partners for this. Once again, we welcome contact with our affiliates, especially if they have concerns that need addressing, so I urge you to make contact with myself or your affiliate manager directly. More often that not, we are in the most knowledgeable position regarding developments within the affiliate programs, and will always do our best to keep you as informed as possible.

And lastly, it appears that some of you are not particularly enamoured with Microgaming casinos at the moment. As Simmo! surmises, this is most likely as a result of a number of seperate issues that have cropped up in the past few months, and not aimed directly at CasinoShare, Grand Mondial or Quatro Casino. We are obviously trying to do the best job we possibly can in making our casinos a success, and affiliates are a massive part of this drive, so please always feel free to raise these concerns with myself or your affiliate manager. Where it is within our power to assist and resolve, we most certainly will.

    Kind regards,
    Lawrence.

Thanks for your reassurance, as always good to hear from you.

i am not sure where bonusparadise got the cd’s from, i would like to know what source sent it.

the bonus terms should be altered, made a wrong assumption on the welcome bonus %

I feel a lot better now that you have explained in a very transparant
