You have some good ideas there…
Here is what I don’t like, though..
1. Banner’s that take up a lot of the header
2. Header graphics that do not identify the website very well
3. Too much going on – makes me feel like I won’t find what I need easily
That’s it. I like the 3 column layout, though, just think you need to spruce it up a bit and make the content easier to differentiate between
