    Hi,

    I’ve tried sending emails to helpdesk@kharmapartners.com and info@kharmapartners.com and sent a PM here… no response after a week.

    Anybody else had luck in contacting them?

    Hi Jam!

    I am sorry, I haven’t received any email from you to helpdesk@kharmapartners.com (!!) I must check this with our tech team, I have received several other emails and responded to these on a daily basis. A colleague of mine is supposed to be answering info@ – I will speak with him to see what has happened.

    Please don’t hesitate to contact me to anneli@parabol.com and I will try to reply the same day but I cannot guarantee I will have internet access since I am on vacation. I am back on Tuesday and will definitely be able to assist you then (24th).

    Again, my apologies for no reply and thank you Casinobonusguy for letting Jam know I am away!
