Our Terms Alert System has notified us of minor changes to the Terms and Conditions at Superiorshare:
OLD Terms wrote:Payments are made 5 business days after the close of the preceding month. Payments are effected by Neteller, Money Transfer, Check, and into affiliate’s casino account. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to select the method of payment. Unless otherwise stipulated all payment swill be made by Check. Minimum Payout for Bank wires $200, for ACH $100 and no minimum payout on casino account payments.NEWTerms wrote:Payments are made 5 business days after the close of the preceding month.* Payments are effected by Neteller, Money Transfer, heck, and into affiliate’s casino account. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to select the method of payment. Unless otherwise stipulated all payments will be made by Check. Minimum Payout for Bank wires $1000 and as of May.15.07 there will be a minimum payout amount of $100 to be eligible to receive a payment (monthly or accumulated) on all affiliate accounts. ACH coming soon.* Dear business partners, given the current processing hardships the industry is going through, we are committed to meet these terms, unless it is strictly inevitable to adjust payment dates when necessary. We will, however, hit this mark if processing is stable. Thanks for your understanding. Please contact our affiliate manager if you have any questions: will@superiorshare.com
Our Analysis: This is a good faith effort by Superiorshare to deal with industry processing trends, HOWEVER, I believe the bank wires minimum payout is a bit ridiculous.

I can deal with high minimum payouts. its the predatory terms of having to bring in a quota that will always make me leave a program.
May 16, 2007 at 11:26 am #737011AnonymousInactiveThat is exactly the kind of discussion I like to hear Thanks bb1webs. I agree that high minimum payout is not bad so long as it is called out in the terms.
My problems are quotas and forced banner placement mostly. (Superiorshare has neither of these, BTW)
