the simplest one that comes to mind would be wordpress. It’s also pretty SEO friendly straight out of the box and even more so with the right settings.

I think Kundan designs backends too, just as another option. Not sure I’ve ever seen anything he designed personally, but from his many referances, he’s worth looking into.
Also.. phpfusion is a little tricky to get the hang of, but another really amazing cms option. and its free too!
