Excellent point. I am working on a complete ‘scorecarding’ system which will be in addition to the Terms and Conditions analysis. We are looking at scoring a great many things including:
1. Late Payments
2. Number of Complaints about the program
3. Spamming Policies
4. Reaction to Spam Requests
5. Bundling#5 added to our list at your request
There are many more that relate more to the terms and conditions, but we are working to create a viewer which will allow you to quickly see all the metrics of the particular affiliate programs. I think this will help serve as a real barometer to allow affiliates to truly decide if a program is ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
Terms will still be our main focus, though, as a lot of affiliates just sign up and not read them (because they are way too long and boring).
