I am glad to hear it. This post belongs in the private section though.
No it’s fine and not a state secret. It’s a small community and I can see where the confusion would exist.
I am sure a few people thought I might be the Professor at B2G, which I am not, so I see why Fergie wanted to clear this up in the public area.
Since webmasters rarely go there I hadnt bothered to post to clear up the mystery of the “other Professor” at B2G, but figured I would seize this opportunity since it presented itself.
Fergie Dom asked me to move this to a private area as she rightly doesnt want to generate any traffic to Sucks because she is their favorite whipping girl over there.
Since Dom is a generally good egg I honored her request. If this is a problem we can move it back to Public and modify it to say you are not Fergie at all message boards, just here, B2G and Casinomeister if applicable…
I wanted it public for all to see.

You could edit it to the “sucks” forum – no one will know what it is, but anyone who has been there will know what it’s about.
I wanted to refer specifically to “sucks”, because I want there to be no mistake that I am not associated with that forum.
I’m not Fergie at Casinomeister, I’m Rowmare – I signed up under an old gaming alias.
Perhaps you could simply state this withoiut mentioning sucks.
That you want to make it clear that you use the name Fergie only here and at b2g and no other boards.
We have a lot of newbies, they wiill all run to sucks and since they know nothing else they will believe half the shit about me there and you must understand that even though I have not yet crawled under a rock and disappeared all this is not making me happy.

But, It is important to me that I’m not mistaken for someone else, – and specifically at that particular forum – and it isn’t at all fair or considerate that I am not allowed to.
Being aware of the things going on in that forum, Dom, I made the choice of posting about the identify confusion here at CAP, where you are among friends…I sure didn’t expect this over-reaction. I assumed people would be sympathetic. I feel like I’ve been slapped in the face.
If someone were posting under your nic, dom, you’d feel the same way.
Besides, anyone with half a brain can see that the ‘sucks’ forum is full of morons with no life and who need to get laid and get over it!

I am not joking, I do get these pms and mails. And more so from managers who are new to CAP and/or the industry. Also people I never heard of.
I guess I am used to it though – sometimes I don’t even answer. It is too complicated to answer – and it all sounds – well – stupid.
You must be right about all the half-brains.
You go ahead and do what you need to – my mess will likely never stop anyways.
Lets put this one to rest. I sure don’t want to cause you any more grief than you’ve already experienced at the hands of others, Dom.
It’s not that bad having another person with the same nic – in this case, the other Fergie seems sane and rational from what little I’ve read over there, so I’ll be satisfied with clearing it up in this private forum.
