I think we need a little more information than that in order to get a better understanding of exactly what happened.

Firstly we do not have any issues with our stats, however I am concerned if you are not happy with something.
Please can you contact me via e-mail so that I can check your account for you. I will also investigate the player issue for you.

It was one of my friends ther play your 1 hour free play and won $250
After the win account was closed for NO reson! No chanche to transfer the money and make the deposit so she can cash the winnings!LOL NOW SHE CAN LOGIN BUT ALL WINNINGS ARE REMOVED.
The 1 hour free play bonus are also histori now so maby there for they open account again :wink-wink
It is simply not a fair way to handle players…

I have investigated this player and I can confirm that the players account was not locked.
As per terms and conditions the player has to make a purchase to receive their bonus and they have to purchase with in 7 days.
Due to the fact that this player did not make a purchase with in 7 days they lost their bonus.
I have asked the casino to please allow this player to receive their bonus , therefore once they make their purchase they will receive their bonus.

I can forward you the email or post it here if you like.Account was closed one day after the play and winning on the 1 hour free play so ofcurse player can not deposit with in 7 days.:rolleyes:
By the way… player have now deposit €50 and no bonus show up on account!!

Ok player have now received €150 in bonus not the €250 player won but ok..
But stil dont think it is smart to close players accounts and ask for verification even before players have a chance to deposit and transfer winnings from the 1 hour free play.
