They have big brands, but in my experience, and those of other bingo affiliates I’ve spoken too, they’re not great at converting and keeping players. Their bingo offering is quite limited, and I suspect that’s why you don’t get great long term value from their players.
Their affiliate system is nice and easy to use though, and it’s really good having all those brands under one roof. Their AM is pretty easy going and easy to contact. However, their accounting system is a bit of a joke (a point I raised with St Minver’s managing director at the last bingo summit) – I’ve been receiving monthly payments for almost two years now, but from one month to the next I don’t know what to expect, and I’ve never once received any sort of invoice / remittance from them, which is a real pain for accounting.

I thought that the big names are converting better because of the brand and because people trust these big brands, interesting to hear that the opposite is the truth
Regarding the accounting system you mean you cannot see your stats during a month? Just get your payment whatever amount it is? Hm, that’s weird…

You get your earnings for the month when you log in, and there is a monthly report that shows your profit by site. However, there’s no way to go in and say select the previous month and see what you earned. They do give you the figures per brand, but if you want a total you have to add up the figures as it doesn’t display an actual total for all brands on the report. There is no payment history anywhere on the site, and no way of sorting out a report you can print off.
