I just had the strangest thing happen, but then maybe someone can explain.
I had this older gamblng site with no content, just the front page with a redirect to another site. It’s been over 6 months and I decided to take it down and when I go to the site, there is a scrolling rss box advertising Suzuki motorcyles with a link to an Ebay account.
What’s this? Do people search the web for empty space and park their advertising there? I guess there’s a name for that–hope it’s a curse word :3eyes:
I would be more upset if I had content there, but I just deleted the page from the site and re-directed just the url.
Just when you think you’ve seen it all…

there is no way for them to add somthing to your page unless they have access to the code via some hack you left open. Also make sure its not somthing hijacking YOUR browser and not actually on your page.

Thanks for the info. I have contacted my hosting service and have done a full scan of my computer. You reminded me that you always have to be watchful.
